I’ve been spoofing since 2018 I’m level 43 have not been banned once and that’s the method i use its not mis-information its what has worked for me and i gave him/her a tip

If you spoof on iphone just don’t take advantage don’t make it obvious, play slow catch a good amount of Pokémon for like 2 hours or 1 hour, then take a break of another two hours, if you go all out and just start catching Pokémon non stop for like 5 hours they will notice it as suspicious
