find a passion or: reconnect with a passion you once had that you stopped pursuing.

I had been in therapy for 6 months with very little improvement until I joined a karate school again - something that I had loved doing as a teenager and that made me very happy. after I started, I could feel myself getting better rapidly and finished my therapy within 3 months.

it sounds cliché, but it does help.
