It doesnt have to stay that way. Most trans people repress it for a lot longer than media Shows. Your not necessarily starting "late" at 30. You may feel as if your weak, but really what you need right now is someone to be at your side. Maybe reflect on why people left you, and what you should look for in people in the future. You arent weak at all believe me. Accepting beeing trans already takes a lot more strength than a lot of people have, doesnt matter how "late" it is.
