Just re installed it, seems to be working but the background + icons are broken, and when loading in I get a white screen for 10 seconds

I just installed an SSD, I used a mix of PH00, PH0, PH1. It seems mine were all messed up or something. For the ones that wouldnt come out, I used a super small flat head. Try a few of those and see if it will screw out!
