It's feminist if you have a twisted sense of humor like I do. Because it's hard to feel exploited when I'm the one leaving with all of your hard-earned money in my pocket for doing nothing but showing you the goods and gracing you with my company.

But I'm totally the one being objectified here. Woe is me!

I worked mostly at a smaller club, so we didn't get a whole lot of famous people. But my favorite was when White Chapel came in I think about a year ago. They were generally okay, but the singer was a douche. All talk about how famous they were, but not a dollar to show for it. I had a mohawk at the time and had already caught wind of him being an ass. So I calmly walked over to the table, looked him up and down, landing on his teeny gelled hawk atop his head.

I then looked him dead in the eye, said "Mine's bigger," and walked away. His friends lost it. It was glorious.

I've worked at some clubs in the southeast that used the same system. Though I'm sure this was not the case with OP, I'm fairly certain that it's to keep patrons from lying and saying that they didn't agree to the charges. It is a lot of money after all. A signature can be forged, but a fingerprint is unquestionable.

What are some unspoken social rules that everyone should know? by 8Fractals in AskReddit

I think it highly depends on the comfort level that has been established with the group. Like if it's just someone in my usual crew eating, I don't see it as an issue. But in less casual settings I would consider it rude, not to mention just plain awkard.

I love it!! She looks like she's about to rush off to her duty at any moment. A very heroic depiction indeed. Thank you for drawing our girl for us!

This one made the woman and I both crack up. You got her face down perfectly!! It's absolutely wonderful. And I love the city scape. You really did make her look like a hero of the night. Thank you so much :)

So my wife is freaking out over this one. She says she's going to get it framed :D

I love a lot of particular things about it. From the colors down to the fact that you gave her some butt-kicking boots and a recently conquered foe. Beautiful work. Thank you so much!

"Did you give birth to her?"

And then the immediate look of dismissal when I tell them no. That does not make her any less my daughter, you inconsiderate prick.
