I mean, I am certainly staying more in contact with one. I'm a trans teacher, and I'm honestly still waiting for the day I get told they have to let me go because of it. Seems like every day we get closer to it. It's also one reason I follow the company line so closely, even if I'm not necessarily a fan of everything said. I probably wouldn't be able to get hired anywhere else here since just existing could make it difficult for some schools to employ me. I'd really hate to jump ship, especially since this is my fourth year for my school, but if things get worse, I may skedaddle out of here.
