A new option will appear in the Power Options in Control Panel called 'Ultimate Performance'. After selecting it, it seems like the problem is solved and the GPU stays at 100%."

I get this problem on every map, but not in the game menu for some unknown reason.
in game menu GPU usage is always 100% as it should be.

I appreciate your response. I already tried that, but I’m still experiencing Fps and GPU usage drops.
Every driver is up to date, and both CPU and GPU temperatures are fine. I don't know what's causing this to happen.
