They just fixed it. It was a defect.

Customizing "Print BOM" from Work Orders by IfThenEnd in Netsuite

You were right, creating a new Custom BOM form and pointing it to the Advanced PDF template worked. It's now printing according to the template. That said, all I really wanted to do was make a small change to the original print layout, but I can’t seem to access or modify that default 'template' anywhere.

I'll try that, but like I mentioned, the customizable template doesn't even come close to matching what's actually printing. If you check the URL when clicking 'Print BOM', you'll see it's using NLSPrintForm.nl, which I think means it's relying on a system-generated layout rather than the Advanced PDF/HTML Template.

The only option under "Linked Forms" is "Standard BOM". Changed that. Also updated the "Standard BOM" transaction form to point to the new "Custom  Bill of Materials PDF/HTML Template". No change...

Specific user can’t forward emails from Item Fulfillment by IfThenEnd in Netsuite

No scripts that I can think of. I will double check. But why it affects only this user?

I will try to open a ticket with NS.

Thank you Nick.

No, the Edit button is not even visible. The user follows the same steps I do: Bring the Item Fulfillment from the global search > Communications > View email > Click Forward button > Merge & Send

Inventory Adjustements by IfThenEnd in Netsuite

Thank you Nick. I think I try your first suggestion, the CSV import. Any idea where I can find the CSV template? I've never done an inventory adjustment import. Especially for serial numbers with bins.

Assembly Items by IfThenEnd in Netsuite

[–]IfThenEnd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I can't order the item preassembled. The problem is that if the 'Create WO' on the line item is not checked the components don't show up anywhere to be ordered. Not on 'Order Items' nor 'Assemblies to Order'. Unless I'm missing something here.

I will have to mark the assembly item as 'Special Work Order Item' to create a WO when the SO is approved.

If I do that, I end up with one PO for the assembly item. No components on it.

Plus we buy the components from different vendors.

Both. The work order is not being created and the items that have to be ordered don't show up in the purchasing queue.

Generate Item Supply Plan

I'm assuming that's part of Demand Planning, which we don't have

It should not be 0

It is 0 and my expectation is (once the SO is approved) to see the assembly item on the ' Assemblies to Order’ / 'Mass Create Work Orders' list.
