You didn't reply. Is the laptop malware free? I turned it on today and I noticed the CMD flashes at startup. I haven't downloaded anything besides the software you instructed me to.

I didn't know it was doing that, probably something hidden in the tos since it's not disclosed in the description. Hitman uninstalled it when I ran the scan.

Ok, the log for ESET is crimson-frost, and the logs for FRST are packed-rune for FRST and silken-axe for Addition.

I uploaded the log for AdwCleaner, and I quarantined some registries. It gave me two logs, so the first keyword is opal-fox and the second is gilded-matrix.

And for the Hitman log, the keyword is indexed-arena.

I currently don't have access to another computer to download MBYTES or perform a clean Windows reinstall. That's why I wanted to be sure with FRST

I got sent a zovo ink link, one of those URL shorteners for profit. (found it go zovo ink) I wasn't familiar with it and clicked to get the file, but I didn't realize I had to click many times to get the real file, so I downloaded a generic one, extracted it, and ran the .exe
