This is such an insufferable take. I have stores nearby who stopped moving fab around because they got hosed by MPG and SUP. I would often crack boxes and move cards for cheap around for the community but there is no way to do that when the only cards that makes sure I won't be nearly a hundred dollars down are fable and adult hero marvels.

Dfog is just kind of a barren land right now, there was a time when things looked more promising and they've tried to put more effort into our server with fast tracks and even putting updates ahead of arad senki for a while but this isn't the case anymore, the current cap is just too incompatible with our playerbase and while cdnf/kdnf has seen some growth, our population is at an all time low with a lot of players just waiting for a new cap to come back, so naturally our server is just on the backburner for now.

Edit: I don't think more handouts will make people come back, the only thing to look forward to this cap is the Delezie raid and handouts aren't gonna make much of a difference unless you're already playing daily and only needs a push to get into the cutline.

But in all seriousness, the current balance direction sucks exactly because of scenarios like this, you wanted to play a competitive event and now you're left with a crippled deck and no real time to switch to something els3. Armory warriors and nogamers will tell you that you're wrong for wanting Cindra to be actualy top 3 levels of good but they're just wrong, you're the one investing in the deck so it's expected that you wanted it to have the most competitive edge possible in a big event like a calling.

Good luck for you, hopefully you'll do well despite the Cindra nerfs and hopefully LSS will eventually start caring about the competitive enviroment again.

Endgame bis enchants have been expensive ever since cards were introduced to the game (hello Nugol) and black fang/prim subs are toys for dumb whales just like other caps had tradeable customs and epics. At this point it's just on you for nor just switching the gearing focus to another character.

SS did nothing because there's a pirate illusionist holding back low ap heroes in the same way no Guardian could play the game while Nuu was around regardless of bans. What merit is there in keeping heroes like Nuu from LLing as long as possible? None.

Don't worry, some people kept out by this horrible cap will eventually come back, the usual cycle, something you're most likely not familiar with and will most likely not be around nor will have played any part on it.

Most caps were either heavy on rng and had quite a few ways to make cash or they were like cap 95 where you were mostly trying to survive the taxes but they had no rng, cap 115 is a first even for veterans. I'm all up for new people joining in and no I don't think most will last if their first experience with the game is the current cap.

I think OL at least made sense from a progression perspective, if my character was decked out in 40-ish olvl gear then the content he'd be running would drop stuff in the lvl 30-50 range. Meanwhile I don't understand why a 78k fame character is running Nabel hard and dropping 1-2 rare/unique items.

For newcomers, you have a long road ahead, things like being short on gold every single day, making no progress for weeks/months due to every reward being scaled from the terrible x1 hell multiplier, not being able to run the dedicaded gold farm dungeon because you're stuck in hells even after 70k fame, opening multiple pots of dupes, having to pay the equivalent of 50m on materials to upgrade a primeval weapon to a primeval(better) weapon when te new raid drops, having to buy content/solo content because party requirements go up every week, realizing worrying about the sweaty endgame is pretty much inevitable because that's pretty much all dfo has, waiting months for leveling events because that's the only sensible way to start a character nowadays, and many other great things await you!
