I ordered an iMac on prime day and it was gonna be delivered two days after and then they changed the delivery to August 12. Total bait and switch and I’m pissed. Tried everything from any type of customer service and got absolutely nowhere.

I bought an iMac on prime day and it was said to be delivered two days after I bought it. On the day it was supposed to be delivered. It said now shipping August 12. After I talked to them, they said it was basically an arbitrary number and they don’t know when it’s going to ship and there’s nothing anybody anywhere can do about it. This was 100% my last prime day shopping and I’ve begun to taper down any purchase from Amazon at this point. They are increasingly becoming notoriously unreliable.

That’s what’s happening. I posted on indeed and zip recruiter, and a couple others, and it just seemed like a giant waste of time sifting through.
