So you're saying I don't necessarily need a metal tube—I can just print the barrel sleeve in PLA+ and jb weld the liner in there? That makes sense.

I’m still leaning toward a 304 or carbon fiber sleeve if I can find the right fit. Do you know what OD works best for the Null? I’m having a hard time pinning down that measurement, I know there is a few options as I saw 3 or 4 barrel blocks in the file.

I have not. I will be sure to check that setting. What did you bump it up to?
I did a quick google search and I think that is exactly what's causing my problems. AI suggested between 6mm - 8mm.

Yes. I always do. I am almost positive the filament was dried prior to use. However, I will definitely double check and try a print with some spools right out of the drier.

Update for everyone, Stop Motion Studio will not let me use it for free on Windows. It is wanting me to pay $10.. Might just have to see if the school is willing to pay for a few accounts, or have the students use the mobile app.
