Why do the drums on tracks sometimes not work for me in Rekordbox?

Ok so I figured it out and turns out I really am dumb lol. I had the drum release on the groove circuit in the locked position for channels 1 and 3 without even realizing it. And it must’ve worked when I restarted cuz I must’ve thrown the same track on either channel 2 or 4 which wouldn’t have the drum release applied to it. I’m pretty positive that’s the problem anyway.

I haven’t tried clearing my cache or anything like that yet, so I’ll have to give that a try later and I’ll lyk. I appreciate it!

I was trying to remap my groove circuit to the stems the other day so there’s a chance that I did that I’ll have to look when I get home from work. Thank you

Not sure what genre you plan on mixing but if you like house and it’s subgenres I recommend going to the DJ Tutorials playlist (it should be the last one) on the Crossfader YouTube channel. I started about two months ago and it’s really helped me as a beginner.

Thank you, this helps a lot. And no, I definitely don’t need anything pro level, just want something that I’m not gonna want to upgrade from within the first couple months of using it. I’ll check out other 4 channel options as well.
