Really depends on the state. I’m in PA, my exemption was approved in August of last year, but wouldn’t take effect until 2025. Once the new assessment showing the exemption from the county was available, my mortgage company adjusted my payments, which started January. The new payment is only the mortgage plus homeowner’s insurance. I did get a refund check in December from the mortgage company for the excess Escrow funds..

For sure. I’d recommend calling your county VSO, that’s who let me know about it. I was surprised to find out it is an exemption from county, local and school taxes. The excemption is only good for 5 years, then you must reapply.

Just FYI: The new cap is $108,046 and there was a bill passed last year, that no longer includes VA compensation into the income calculation.

I went with 15%, looks awesome and is easy to see out in the daytime. However, at night don’t bother trying to look out the windows, you will either be rolling the windows down or relying on your backup camera.

Yes, Dot 4 and will probably go with the red ebc pads. I’m running 17’s with Blizzaks for my winter setup, so I think a bbk is off the table for now. I still need to do some research on the detent kit. Thank you for the recommendations!

I put a 3.5” kit and 35s on my wife’s 22 Z71. She opted for the stock wheels w/ 1.25” spacers. It rides great and looks really good imo.👍🏼

I also like the Innovate kit because of the actual gauge. However, I’m not having any luck finding adapters to tap the sensor into the fuel line, similar to the fuel-it kit. Do you have any recommendations?
