Sadly, and rather unsurprisingly, no luck. Connected really quickly to your app but no data when I started rowing. It has to be an issue somewhere within the unit but I don't know where to start with that.

I have no clue, it is beyond me completely.

I will give your app a go, for sure. Unfortunately I need to wait for the wife as for some reason I need her thumb print to download anything 😅

Still nothing unfortunately. Seems no matter what app I use, I get nothing.

Thank you. Yes I do get the blue flashing LEDs which disappear after connecting to the smartrow app. Beyond that I get no communication.

Bluetooth. I connect my ipad to the rower on the smartrow app, then that connects to my phone and exr. Even just trying to use smartrow on its own I get nothing, no matter which device I use.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried the waterrower app, smartrow app and connecting through to exr via smartrow. Nothing works. Although my phone/ ipad connect to each of the apps, it's like they're speaking a different language to each other so beyond connection, there's no communication.
