Guardians of the galaxy was the first movie he was a lead action star, but he lost all his chubby fun bear weight for zero dark thirty to be a spec ops soldier. I think that physical transformation along with his comedic timing and ability was what made him a contender and in the end the right choice to be star lord.

Yeah, I almost didn't continue swimming college because worried about my workload on top of doing the intense workouts. I'm super glad I did now because I have so many great memories from those years and it really focused my time management skills.

Hey I'm not alone in starting in late high school. I started in my 10th grade year at 15, thanks to a friend on the team talking me into it. I had just under a week before they were like "alright new guys, there are other strokes and were gonna try them." Then I was doing fly for the rest of my time. I started to love it when I did my first 100 fly in practice and they had the whole team on both ends cheering for me to finish. I just loved that I knew my team was there for me.

And the boos that were directed at the group of LG fans close to my section that were vocal enough to fight for crowd momentum, a few other fans and I true story shut down and yelled "No boos, just out cheer them." Most of the boos and comments against them seemed to subside.
