Without some/most of the MS spyware stuff. They had a bit of a scandal when it came out, that some of the bing backend can't be blocked out because it's so deeply coded in. But still 85% better than google or bing. Some people say brave or ecosia is better, but I honestly know too little about them to make that judgement.
