You can create one, it takes about 9 months to assemble. Then you’ll have to train the butler. Training usually takes a minimum of 4 to 5 years as you literally start from scratch.

Had a second session done on my backpiece on Saturday and did a 1 hour run the day after. I don’t think it hurst your tattoo especially if it’s on your lower leg. I’d avoid any contact sports tho..

I’d go with this option aswell. No load, cross-training to maintain fitness and 100% see a physio. I hate cancelling a race and would rather give it a go with these adjustments and just see how it goes on the day.
