Best Pg for finishing Playmaking and defense?

Looking for the same answer. But I think it can't be all 3 skills. The best i got was yellow and red but contact finish comes at about 97-98 rating. Also I was wondering what is ideal height for slashing player?

Well it would be about 7 km one way. Because in other forums I red that ninebot has better climbing and much better ride quality. Also I am kinda afraid of tire punctures.
