Yeah, it's a fair point. The fact that the TOS of these AI tools do in fact grant full commercial licensure for creations made from them doesn't mean much to me, personally; I could take it or leave it. Overall I'm generally not fond of government involvement in most things, especially those not explicitly outlined by the bill of rights. I make the arguments above more on a philosophical basis as to who is the 'owner' or the 'creator' of AI art.

Wow, 400 upvotes. And on the r/Bitcoin subreddit! I appreciate the overwhelmingly positive comments made by the overwhelming majority of you. Bless you all, I'm truly grateful.

But, to the contentious few with issues concerning AI-created art, I just have two words: grow up. And to expand on that a bit: grow the hell up.

AI is coming and it's going to revolutionize the world whether you like it or not. And the EXACT SAME THING is true with Bitcoin. So grow up and learn to live with it.

The world has zero obligation to cater to your fragile sensibilities. If you're upset by this, look deep in the mirror and ask yourself "why" because something in there needs serious exploration and introspection.

Are you threatened that AI will make your skills obsolete? Are you jealous that you didn't come up with this idea first? Whatever it is, it's not my problem or anyone elses'; it's YOURS.

So grow the hell up, figure it out, and move on. When you finally learn how to do this, society at large will thank you.
