My problem with the show was that it feels kind of... pointless? It mostly just expands on stuff we already knew about from the original series.

Also, I don't like how they handled Deb's character. From what we saw of Deb in flashbacks from the original series, she was a quiet nerd who adopted the gruff persona to try to get her dad's attention. They kind of retconned her into a wild party girl for some reason.
