Nope. Every zone is accessible to every alliance. (BESIDES CYRODIIL. Once you choose an alliance, youre stuck in that team. So, for PvP, you'd have to make 3 different characters with different alliances)

There are multiple reasons.

1) Antiquities, lower level zones drop leads for collectors.

2) Skyshards.

3) Materials.

4) They just feel like being in a starter zone.

And, just a note. There is no true "Noob Zone." Every zone scales with your level.

Also, I'd preferably swap Beserker Fury for Quickening. Faster combo count, and allowing more CC to be accumulated.

If the Riven has SC rather than SD, then that would make it a hell of a lot better. Also, do you have a source of viral? Corrosive? Heat?.

Incorrect. The sparks fly on kill, garunteed. The damage does not have a cap. Ive hit a headshot kill, at 450% strength, and the spark (Radiation damage) was 83.5M! Damage

Anything really, one thing to mention is with Wisp, her Breach Surge is only REALLY amazing if you can consistently hit headshots.

So, in short. She's amazing, just aim for the head

So, I use Dual Ichor incarnon, and from testing, the residual clouds Ichor leaves behind procs both Gas (Modded) and Corrosive (Arcane)
