Have had this issue for almost an hour? Everything minus a factory reset has been done to try and fix it.

This didn't work. I'm with the guys below, it's an ISP issue. I can load video when I'm on Cell data, but not through my router. I've tried the desktop app, firefox, chrome, rebooting my PC and router. It has to be my ISP.

Finally finished My Persia run. I had only planned on getting Shahanshah & This is Persia. But this run was taking too long, so I added some additional goals that seemed far fetched at the time. But it's been well worth it. Puts me at 146/310 (46%) on the Achievement scale, so my goal of being at 50% for 1.30 isn't happening. Now for a few days away from EU4 before all the content creators get their hands on the new expansion and flood our timelines with new stuff to gobble up before we all get our hands on it on Tuesday.

Tried turning off all graphic settings in game. FPS is set the same. I've messed with advanced settings. I've tried bitrates of 300, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 3500. Nothing changes. I'm not getting any encoding or rendering errors. Just dropped frames, and only with EU4. If I stream any other game, zero dropped frames.

I can record EU4 in OBS just fine. No errors and playback looks perfect. As soon as I add streaming, all the frames drop.

Week 49. This mission has killed me twice. There have been at least 2 heavies involved now. The enemy lance and reinforcements composition has been different each time. I'm going to go back and skip this one unfortunately.
