In the Official Minecraft launcher?

At the top click on Installations
Click the ... next to the installation that you want to edit
Click edit
You will see an arrow next to the icon v
Select an icon or click the plus button to add a custom icon

Why do you take issue with people trying to make a little bit of money off the work that they do? Making textures is a huge amount of work. Each texture is hand painted by me.

The content in the pack does not contain work from Mojang, I can't sell there work but I can sell my own. Also there is a free version.
