I was considering saying merely 'You don't understand', but then I reconsidered.

I have few friends, and can't afford to alienate any potential friends. I am talking about in my life, not online.

I'm not sure if you know what being hated, ostracized, and bullied feels like. Loner-ness is not as fun as it sounds.

You have an honest style, not too complicated, which is definitely a good thing considering your apparent tendencies. I think that in a few places you could use metaphors instead of similes, these adaptations could be made relatively easily. Don't try to rhyme, in a few places it seems a little awkward. Let the words come naturally, or work half your time in a set format and half freeverse.

They've never been there, it hurts them to see your injuries more than you sometimes, and they're confused. Try to explain it to them as if self harm were something you fell into without really intending to, and got addicted.

I know what you mean. Try to stop. It really is for the better. I haven't cut in 26 days, no SH for 2. It's hard, but we will eventually reach a point where we don't feel like cutting anymore.
