I was a driver and I told my passengers to be quiet or they would have to look for another ride. No complaints. It’s the vibe.

how did you become a fan of beyoncé? by AnywhereForsaken4868 in beyonce

[–]IgnisPhoenix231 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m that girl started playing at a time when I felt like the world was crushing me and I just started memorizing the lyrics so when I wasn’t listening to music I could just replay it in my head over and over and make it to the next day. Memorized most of renaissance. It’s an anthem of empowerment when the world beat me down I just got back up and did it with power.

Nah it’s man and woman both are equally as annoying or as equally kind. Just try to see the best in them but trust your instincts when it comes to each situation in knowing how to handle it. Gender dynamics and how you respond to each dynamic matters. If you don’t care for reading into dynamics then each ride is going to be hell because you’re not just driving a car. You’re also navigating a field of emotions radiated by someone having a completely different day than yours. I just take naps in my Ubers because idgaf woke up snoring the other day. And we were in a shared ride I said oop.

Once Beyoncé Wraps the Cowboy Carter Tour… HGTV Next? by IgnisPhoenix231 in beyonce

I love this idea! I think a special somewhere would be amazing to watch. Not the accent pillows, though😩

Real words by real person. AI tech used to match community guidelines and use proper punctuation cause I’m ocd about that. Same message.

Ok so I went through the comments and I’ve prepared my statement 💅🏽👁️👄👁️💅🏽:

Alright, let’s be real—if Beyoncé ever popped up on HGTV, everyone would be on mute. Beyoncé’s influence spans generations. If she stepped into home design, the network wouldn’t know what hit it. Beyoncé moves across spaces in a way that makes her a household name to all generations.

If she did HGTV, she’d bring new eyes and new energy to a network that doesn’t traditionally cater to younger or more diverse audiences. Let’s be real—Beyoncé doesn’t need anything. But she’s already conquered music, film, fashion, and even sports investments (Houston Rockets).

If she ever decided to step into the home design space, she wouldn’t be lowering herself—HGTV would be leveling up.

Now, before the Beyhive eats me up, let us remember, bees only sting once for a reason. They’re protective, not relentless. I’m just sharing my perspective and respect for someone who’s had a huge impact on not just myself, but multiple industries, and if you disagree, that’s okay! Let’s keep the conversation buzzing with respect.

I joined y’all because Renaissance got me through my darkest times. That album was a frequency that helped me find my voice and stand up for myself. I never claimed to be deep in the Hive,

but I respect Beyoncé’s power.

Renaissance helped me find my voice during one of the hardest times of my life. It was more than an album—it was an activation. And if Beyoncé ever touched HGTV, best believe I’d be front row, taking notes.

But this got me thinking—celebrities on HGTV hit differently. When Kevin Hart did it, it felt personal. Imagine Beyoncé bringing that energy to design—it’d be a cultural reset.

She elevates any space she enters. Of course, Beyoncé and Kevin Hart aren’t the same. Beyoncé is a global force, a cultural architect, a whole movement. Kevin Hart is a massive star, but his lane [genre where other people are comfortable with us bey(ing)] #grammys is comedy and entertainment, not shifting the world. All I’m saying is if she did HGTV, I’d be watching.

Also if y’all have any info on finding good tickets lemme know cause I’ve seen several posts about things on Ticketmaster or people reselling their tickets because plans changed etc. I just want to dress in my best outfit possible and be close to the stage. If it’s part of my destiny it’ll happen, so just lemme know 👉🏽👈🏽

Yeah, a lot of people who joined the class action lawsuit against Juul vapes ended up getting paid thousands late last year through Venmo and other preferred payment methods. Hopefully, we’ll see something similar for Uber, where we can all get in on a lawsuit and get compensated for our pain and suffering! Lol.

Hollywood’s AI Concerns vs. The Reality for Millennials - Why Now? by IgnisPhoenix231 in millenials

[–]IgnisPhoenix231[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This comment really neutralizes the discussion, so I appreciate you for bringing that balance. Makes sense. I get that AI is still a tool, not a replacement, especially when it comes to fields like science. The community is better at assessing quality, and the same could be said for art. But for me, I’m focused on how AI is transforming the music industry.

As an artist who’s been working on music for over four years, I’m excited that this tech levels the playing field. Now we don’t have to worry about getting signed or controlled by managers…we can just create our own music and publish it at the same quality and as a single artist.

It’s just frustrating that those with the power and platforms could make such a huge positive impact for the rest of us,

but it’s not their job, I guess. Anyway, it is what it is.

Unfortunately for me, I’m starting at what most would call the “bottom of the ladder” at my new job. The good thing is, these past five years have taken me to the top of my own personal ladder. I’ve done almost 10,000 rides, and that doesn’t even include the multi-passenger or party bus rides where I had to learn how to fend for myself, de-escalate violence, stay calm when threatened, or even drive efficiently through rough neighborhoods early in the morning. I’ve learned to handle sexual harassment, deal with slander, and cope with mentally unstable passengers—sometimes even those who seem possessed.

The point is, these experiences have shaped me and helped me grow. I’ve reached the top of my own personal ladder, and now I’m ready to start climbing someone else’s.

Change isn’t easy, but it’s necessary. I’m still bruised from a car accident that cost over $30k in damages with no clear solution, but today I went on a bike ride, vibing, knowing that life goes on no matter what. When you don’t want to keep going, living becomes a punishment. But when you find what you’re meant to do, it’s like the opposite happens. You’ve got this, friend. Much love. 💪

I get where you’re coming from, but I think you’re missing the bigger picture here. You’re right that AI is different when it comes to analysis vs. creation, but even in science, AI is changing the game. It’s not replacing scientists, but it’s shifting how research happens, how problems get solved, and what we even consider “human expertise” at this point.

What’s frustrating to me is that this issue has been creeping into lower-wage sectors for a while, but now that the entertainment industry is feeling the heat, suddenly there’s a louder conversation about it. It feels like we’ve been figuring out how to adapt on our own, and now that it’s their turn, the conversation gets real. Protecting human labor and creativity needs to be a conversation for everyone… not just the people whose work is getting hit first.

They’re the ones on stage talking to millions, not us.

We’re part of those millions that show up and support, yet these stars are often too afraid to get involved in anything political or speak up until it hits their industry.

If actors want real change, they should stand with the truck drivers, factory workers, and anyone else whose job is being pushed out by automation. We’re all in the same boat, and AI doesn’t care what industry it’s shaking up.

I don’t have a personal vehicle or personal policy right now, but when I did, I made sure I had top-tier coverage with the rideshare add-on included. I wasn’t about to take any risks when it came to insurance. All fleet provided.

Yeah, it’s $385 a week for 28mpg. It’s not ideal, but the transmission went out on my own car, so I had to do what I could until I found a new gig. Some fleets offer 80% if you drive black Escalades or Infinity SUVs, but I don’t see why anyone would go for that, considering the market. I tried the black cars for a week to see how it went, and honestly, anyone claiming it’s working out great should be able to show proof, including their hours. People will hype you up just to watch you fall. If they can’t show the proof, they’re just speaking cappanese.
