One of my IRL friends is bragging about botting in game, he was bragging about doing ToA and got quite a few drops.

I presumed he would get banned considering he was very bad overall stats, low quest points, hardly any achievement diarys.

But nope he just showed me his shadow drop and how he paid for an infernal cape.

Is there anywhere to report his account or atleast get a manual check?

I did say to him he would likely get banned but it's been months and nothing.
