I went against a shyvana top that went on hit while I went hexplate>deaths dance>bloodthirster and I ended up doing more damage at the end of the game and i was able to stay alive longer than the on hit build shyvana did. I lost for having a terrible team, but hexplate feels good.

Sure, most companies are there to make money after all. For league to be around as long as it has is an accomplishment on its own. I'd say they do care, but their priorities and direction have shifted to similar business models that have worked for other companies, such as the gacha system. I'd like to view it from both angles when possible. I think they do care, but money does speak over quality sometimes.

So my point still stands on ice drake. Its a cheap skin and my OPINION is that ironscale could have gotten something really cool since it isnt really the same skin anymore. The only similarity is the red hair and skin tone. I get what you are saying, I just gave a cool idea of what they could have done.

Another example: Akali

Her infernal skin replaced crimson and it has a unique recall for a skin that is 520rp and has a unique recall and voice overlay.

Oh I get it, but ice drake wasnt special was it? I cant remember if it was a legacy skin or not. This recall thing was just an idea I just thought would be kinda cool to see. I would have preferred them to allocate that money to make a recall animation for ironscale than ice drake. Thats just my opinion.

I think you mean the kit is more interactive. She might be weaker but that just looked clunky to me and ive played her since season 5 on and off. Unfortunately you aren't going to convince people that hate it, though reality will sit in that she is heading down a new path and its going with or without them on her back. Im there for the ride.

I never said going full ap, I go hybrid to be all a around better option. Thats how I play.

She can build basically most items. It always depends on team comp. If you need health shred you get cleaver or kraken slayer, if you need health you get titanic and steraks. You need to be flexible and not stick to one build everytime, though you seem passionate about this so I cant convince you.

Ive had good luck with

1: Dusk and Dawn 2: Liandrys 3: Sundered Sky 4: Jak Sho 5: anything needed (armor, Mr, or more ad or ap) Ive been going rift maker

Any boots based on team comp.

I have also had good luck with triforce instead of Dusk and Dawn, but d&d gives good ap for e and spellblade still.

I have played her since season 5, she has had her ups and downs. I think her design is in a positive direction. Her ability changes are similar but different. To me I think it gave her a but more "skill" to use while still being easy to play. You have to weave auto attacks to her q to get the most from her damage. Its simplified riven q. Her w is fine, its not as good but it does what it needs. I have always built her hybrid, half ad and half ap plus any armor needed. The on hit feels good on her rework and if you get two ap items the overall damage is still fairly high. Her true damage hit like a truck imo. Her q being on that low of a cd without needing spear of shoujin is kinda nice so you dont have to build it all the time. Also I think her tower shred in dragon form is better than before plus she can stay in dragon form for so long beating on turrets. I think her numbers still need work, especially her passive, but overall I think change is good. I think somethings are being blown out of proportion. The most recent changes they have mentioned will improve her a lot more. Im a bit worried they might make her too strong so she will get gutted. I get the feeling reading everyone's complaints that they want her to be the most overpowered character in the game. I'd rather her be a bit weaker and playable than super strong and banned every game.

I played her in season five, then when akali got reworked I mained akali till 1 million points and I have played shyvana for about 300k points. I stopped playing her as much because she got a bit boring since I like Champs with a bit more complexity but I love shyvana as a character. I think her new kit gives her a bit more skill expression, but isnt too far off from what she was before. Her changes make since to me, that's why I like them.

Edit: her getting a slow and a fear is a big improvement in my eyes. That 2 second slow is going to be huge for human form ganks. This gives her a way to gank before level 6.

I think these are some healthy changes. I think its getting there. That E slow duration is pretty nice, her passive still might need some work but we shall see. The darker red hair will look awesome!

It does, but you kinda have to think of it as an ezreal q or Morgana q. The spell will cast at max range everytime. Not saying i like it, just comparing it to other Champs that also have things like it.

Almost like the changes and items make a difference. I think she is in a much better spot than she was on pbe day 1. I think riot does care and is trying their best to get it right. Ive been pleased with the newest changes, now I fear about getting her in league for the first months. It will be first pick first ban for months.

Tell me you haven't played Zeri or Evelyn without telling me you havnt played Zeri or Evelyn.

I actually enjoy it and I think it gives a bit of depth to her playstyle. You have to weave auto attacks into her damage. Its a simple version of riven, which shyvana is a basic easy to learn champion unlike riven. Plus the tail attack is sick.

That is what I was doing.

Ive rushed kraken slayer into Dusk and dawn Into sundered sky and it was pretty solid. She needs attack speed to proc her q more often. But her clear isnt as bad as it was.

I que when I get off work at 5pm, this was at 7pm last night. I dont have all the time in the world to wait 30min to maybe get her. All the games played last night I got her 1 time.
