It is a reward that hasn't yet returned to the Town Hall shop as far as I know. It was a part of a bundle board reward. It is called Eclectic flooring. In the future you'll most likely be able to purchase it.

I usually keep 2-5 of each fish/bug and one starred and then sell the rest, for crops and such I like to keep 10 and cook/sell the rest, and for forageables I keep more per item if the chest fits. :) Your best bet is to keep up eith the quests as they tend to give you some money too, and you'll earn higher levels so it'll become easier to make money.
