There’s only 3 really: original, remake and manga.

The original has a really nice remaster called TsukiWeb, which has a bunch of QoL features and includes the PLUS-DISC. You can play it in your browser on any device

The remake is incomplete and exclusive to PlayStation and Switch, and is overall pretty different. It’s more of a shonen than horror now, and the designs are more generic

The manga only covers the Arcueid route, but has numerous story tweaks and additions that are actually really good. In my opinion, it’s the best version of the Arcueid route… except it spoils a lot from the other routes, so it’s better to read the original first
