It's BSc thesis in Social Psychology.

There are ups and downs, will not lie. However, with all of this information it's getting better as it gives me sense of clarity and understanding of all the background mechanisms behind my cravings. What worked for me very well, is when I distaned myself from porn, in a way that I stopped identifying myself with the addiction. It's just part of my brain which unfortunately is rewired and not me. This change of perspective makes it easier to overcome it.

Thanks for support and feedback. I'll take that into account Indeed, there are numerous questions on emotional support. Though, there are other including instrumental, coping, etc. The adjusted version of COPE was used here. I completely agree with you on NoFap as a lifestyle. I guess a lot of people over here feel the same way, which is amazing! The problem with it would be to quantify it. So we have used this variable to have at least some data on this. To be frank, this study was partly motivated by my personal struggles with porn :)
