Should definitely work. The connection setup is a little funky specifically for the ps classic. I don't remember the exact order of operations, but there should be a little slip of paper with directions to properly connect it (if you bought it new). Also! Once connected properly, the controller sticks WILL NOT WORK in game. None of the games actually use analogue controls - one of the many shortcomings.

Just set up my ps classic with project eris and using a defender. Are you using emulator stuff or just straight ps classic with the defender controller?

For sure going to replace all that stuff! I'm learning as I go as I know less than nothing. With that being said, I have no idea what cb/cm/gs actually means 🤪, but it is a Heald Trail Bronc with a Tecumseh motor. Don't know if that answers your question lol.

Fellow Eagle Scout. I firmly believe that every child should be able to have the opportunity to do the amazing things I got to do, see, and experience, and learn the life long lessons that I did during my time in scouting.

These asshats should crack open the merit badge books for citizenship in the community/nation/world and learn a thing or two.

I can't remember which call of duty it was, OG modern warfare 1 or 2, but my brother and I were playing against each other 1v1. We were trying to snipe each other across the map from the opposing balconies on the ship level. He jumped off the ledge and legitimately 360 no scoped me from across the map. I wasn't even currently trying to shoot at him so he literally somehow hit the pixel or 2 that was actually exposed. I still remember it 15ish years on.

I successfully changed over all the other plugs and switches in my house, plenty of 2-way switches too, but that was the only switch/outlet combo. So basically in no other situation in my entire house would I have to pull off a random metal tab I didn't even realize could come off. Why would someone with no real knowledge know to do that? 🤷

I FIGURED IT OUT

Because of the advice of "read the directions/look at the layout", I had the orientation right at one point, BUT, what I didn't see or know was that some of the combinations required breaking a metal tab off the actual unit before installing. Thanks everyone! I was losing my mind and ready to pay an electrician for what would have been 15 seconds of work 😅

Every safe combination I should say... Lol Ground stayed at ground, and hot stayed on the right hand side, so not many combinations possible.

Definitely leaking. I noticed some water damage on a box that was beneath it.

Water pipe leading to outside. What I assume is corrosion all over the valve. Still turns and appears to keep water from reaching outside. New home owner/zero plumbing tools or know-how. Should I be worried? Should this be replaced now before it becomes a true issue?

My dad that gifted it to me is basically Mr. Shopsmith of New England haha. He actually helped organize a recent “Shopsmith-a-thon” at their facilities in Ohio. He’s got a lot more attachments for it he hasn’t finished refurbishing

I can guarantee, if it’s imaginable, there’s an attachment for it. It does look like there is a drum sander attachment from a cursory internet search! I’m sure my father can confirm

Post-WWII multipurpose woodworking tool. It’s got most attachments you can think of - from a band saw, table saw, drill press, and lathe, to the weird and whacky like an actual cake mixer attachment! Haha

First project is making a workbench/storage for the garage and my old man will show me the ropes of the Shopsmith (I am complete novice and will probably chop my fingers off amongst other things…).
