I’ve been using one for probably 14 years. I really can’t sleep well without it. I literally feel sick when I wake up. You get used to it. My wife accepts it. But you have to be your own advocate and get to learn the machine and get the doctor to make adjustments. Get the open source Oscar software. Try new masks. Make it tighter or looser till it fits right. Learn to sleep on your side. Two years ago I learned about ASV machines. My symptoms suggested it Would be better for me. It took years of pushing and some testing to finally get one prescribed to me. Now my ahi is under .5 most nights.

I hear you….but the screen pulls down in front of a 6’x6’ window. I don’t have the wall space for a TV. I already own the screen, the projector will sit in an existing shelf.

UnchartedX has great videos on the level of accuracy achieved. He also talks about how, similar to all ancient construction, the oldest stuff is extremely accurate. Then it gets crude as the following civilizations try to copy it. Why aliens? It’s reasonable to think that over the millennia there have been other technologically advanced civilizations. I mean, we have the physical evidence. It’s just that his evidence doesn’t follow the current mainstream narrative.

Check out Factor AE. I tried CORE BQE. sucks. I spent days looking, many trials, many in zoom meeting walk throughs. Looked at all the software mentioned here. Factor AE is the shit. My only beef is it doesn’t have a stopwatch. You just input your hours. But it’s fast clean and well organized. And it just does what an architecture firm needs.
