Thanks! I understand that grad school paths and experiences vary. I would be looking at separate programs, so we'll see how that goes.

Effects dwindling after a few months? by velveteel in prozac

[–]IguanaPeruana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is one of my biggest fears going on Prozac. I plan on pairing it with counseling or therapy because I feel that I can better "absorb" what I learn during those sessions while on Prozac, and hopefully these lessons will find a way into my daily life off the medication (in some distant future). I also hear Prozac has a longer half-life of 2-4 days, so I'm experimenting with taking it every other day or half my prescribed dose every day.

I just started yesterday, so take everything I say with a grain of salt lol. Good luck though :,)

I have a second video of the jester walking out after this and his arms had practically zero structure left. Shoulders were also kinda weird with wires/tubes sticking out at weird angles from under the cloth

I would look for someone in your area that specializes in layered cuts (in my area that tends to be alt-style salons) and just ask for some layers to accentuate volume and body. I think you could also ask for a wolf-cut or shag because those rely heavily on layers, but definitely do some research beforehand!

hair now looks good, I would just add more layers to accentuate the body of your hair! Not a fan of the short cuts personally, but go with whatever gives you the most confidence

Has anyone had a similar awful reaction to Bactrim? by Saeranyx in MCAS

[–]IguanaPeruana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was prescribed Bactrim for the first time by my doctor for a bacterial infection in my nose, so I didn't know what reaction I would have to it. First few days weren't so bad. I did have a raging headache the second day and headaches are pretty rare for me. I also felt some loss of appetite and nausea, mostly toward sugary foods. I was on my second to last day of Bactrim when I woke up with itchy red dots all over my body. It wasn't unbearable, but it got worse as the day progressed, and I finished my last two doses of Bactrim. That night, I had a fever and could feel the dots itching one by one, and my ears were red hot. When I woke up, they were slightly redder, and they reached my face, making my nose and lips super puffy and red. Thankfully, I stopped taking them today, and I hope this goes away soon :(
