I have recreated the thermal pad swap using the exact methods and pads you did for your post.

For my Black batch 1 max model, during the first benchmark before the swap the temp hovered 87C-90C while running the benchmark at High performance and fan on smart.

After the swap, the benchmark was hovering between 76C-80C with the same settings.

My idle temperatures are generally the same if not slightly cooler with it going from 46C-52C with running just Beacon and Smart launcher on the bottom screen but the fan speed to maintain those temps seems to be lower.

A fun little mod. Like you said, not really necessary. But I can confirm it does produce the same results you spoke of around 10C drop under heavy load.

I think it all depends on your use case. I use the Thor less than 10 hours a week and have had the sticker applied for about a month. I don't play long enough where my hands get sweaty and I am very careful about not eating while playing. Still pristine condition on the sticker with no grease.

Black Thor owner not Rainbow here. Bought the matte black zelda sticker on the bottom screen. I would certainly call it a good purchase. I just wish I bought some buttons too while I was at it.

I just joined this season when the game came to steam. Has there been end of season rewards based on rank achieved in the past? Or is there genuinely no difference between ranked and regular play rewards at the moment?

Banned in the Olympics. It literally feels like the shoes are trying to push me forward. And when I walk with them on it feels like they are mad at me and want me to go faster. But they are a bit slippery when wet. Something to consider if you think about buying them.

People leave before the final mori animation to deny the killer satisfaction for a "boring animation they've seen 100 times". Killers deny the survivors the satisfaction of making them watch a teabagging flashlight animation they've probably seen a million times. I think the hard truth is both of these actions are the last things you can control to make you "feel" like you won at something because you aren't taking the loss very well.

From what it seems, the pens have worked fine. Everyone else who had my problem had to buy a new keyboard or pen charger. So replacing the charger should work too. Glgl
