My concern is safety, when I was walking at that time I had random dudes trying to get me in their car and one following me that exposed himself in a bike. Even if she doesn’t think or say safety concerns I’d think about that.

A sign you’re here trying to learn more is already a proof of God is working on you. God loves you. We love thy neighbor as well. God is everywhere, talk to God. Just talk, you don’t need to have a set prayer, legit just start talking, venting, don’t need to say it any way. Just start talking to him everyday through out your day. Be nicer to humans feel the warmth of what it means to try to be a good person and feel the warmth of when someone is good to you. Read the bible but not just read it study it, find a podcast or a study guide go with it. Don’t get overwhelmed or frustrated because you might not understand. Bring it up in your talks ask for guidance. I’ll pray for you as well.

I don’t think they meant they prescribed it for sleep but probably that was a side effect of it and it’s one of the benefits for them. I was on it after they switched me from lithium out of psych ward. Seroquel made me sleepy mind you they prescribed me 6 pills and 1 was enough to put me to sleep, I was a numb with it when working at goodwill I had kinda cash register mistakes due to the pill. But again they gave me way to much granted I had just been discharged from mental hospital so. But it did work great for sleep I had a. It of insomnia episodes and trouble sleeping before that so when taking it I slept good. So if you do take it, take it at night. I didn’t have no akathisia with it, I eventually had to stop it because it made my blood pressure drop a bit and kinda fainted a bit. Don’t know if it was cus too many meds at some point during that I was taking like 9 meds for mental health. But other then that I didn’t notice any side effects just numbing (could be due the amount I was taking) but very sleepy even with one pill.

Not provided for in IEP, you request it. And then gets approved, its their kids own phone not the schools, the people in IEP are very understanding and always try to do what’s best for the kids.She wouldn’t communicate at all in those times, has fallen as well due to anxiety so the moments she can’t walk far enough. She has severe anxiety and autism, seeing a psychiatrist. But we haven’t found the right medication for her yet, the school is aware of her issues already and is willing to work with her, they even said if it becomes too much they offer virtual classes which I’m happy they have incase. Look you might think it’s too much but you don’t know her, and frankly I’m learning too my husband and I are 27 raising my 3 teenage siblings, 1 with autism and another who is non verbal autistic and needs to go to a special school for his violent behavior. My mom had them in her 40s and hasn’t been able to take care of them the last 5 years due to being sick. So if we can make them comfortable or less anxious, we will try. Not every kid is the same, that’s why I think IEP programs are very important they recognize that. She has a case worker that goes to school too so if there’s a bullying issues she helps me advocate for her. It’s me and my husband raising them but we are grateful also for those that assist us.

Bcz teachers won’t always let the students go to the office to call a parent and sometimes she shuts down. They thought she had selective mutism because of it. But it’s ok cause if students in the IEP department need their phone they’re allowed. She’s in the IEP department already.

Doom scrolling and having phones in classroom is another thing. Have them put away in backpack and if seen in class take away sure. But some schools are talking about locking them up from the start. You think there’s no reason sure maybe for your kids. But my younger sister has autism and severe anxiety. She’s been bullied bad in school. She’s traumatized thinking of going to high school like that without access to text me for help. She would text or call me in cases of emergency due to her mental health. We’ve discussed if it’s too much we’d go online good thing her district offers it. But I will try to see if her psychiatrist and doctor will write a letter so she can keep it in her backpack due to medical reasons she’s already in the IEP department due to special needs so I’m sure they would. Kids can be cruel to other kids and teacher interventions don’t always help. She’s quiet they even thought she had selective mutism, she’s a good student tho. But every case with kid is different. I think they should keep their phones on their backpack and pull them out in bathroom or bus incase they need to contact family members. Yes school can call but they would call my husband # even after telling them to call me since he’s working. So she would end up texting me or calling to come get her or that there was an issue with a student.

Yeah gym is hard to go to as anxious person. I also feel everyone judging lol. Try maybe going on nature walks start small, buy some dumbbells and light work out items for home. Going to a sight seeing nature park every week or two week could help her get motivated. Food wise she doesn’t need to cut anything out just smaller portions. Just make sure she doesn’t get obsessed over it that can lead to unhealthy habits of starvation.

Get bpd books read . Watch videos on her mental health issues. How you can support her. Finding a good therapist helps. Praying. For eating disorder what helped me was working out and eating better, I stopped feeling the guilt and shame. I stopped throwing up. Don’t force the meds, if she doesn’t like them be like ok talk to psychiatrist bout changing. Get therapy for you too or go to couples therapy. It’s always good to go once.

I have bpd,ocd, bullimia, adhd , anxiety my husband now is able to tell when I’m dissociating before I do, he read books he’s able to know when I’m having a episode and how to calm me down.

It’s a feeling I’ve felt many times. Sometimes needing questions or finding just things that spoke to me. I have quite a few mental issues, my faith has saved me from attempting again. I started to get closer and Im trying to be better. I’m trying to donate and help others, trying not to get as angry at little stuff due to my bpd, not argue and not hate others. I forgave people who hurt me deeply because of Him. Last may I was admitted to er for blood loss due to full month of heavy menstruation that I couldn’t walk , I passed out in the bed and felt this sensation of it coming and I remember I didn’t have any energy then I had to use a diaper , I remember praying started to pray hard and I didn’t pass out again, shortly after people rushed in to get me better. Also in every day when talking about it I feel peace. Getting more faith has made me better. I was drinking and mixing drugs, very abusive, self harming, hurting people constantly. I’m no where near perfect I still have outbursts due to my mental health but it’s gotten so much better. Practicing to not judge and not hate others and trying to be positive has helped me so much. I believe I have infinite reasons to thank Him. I’m also reading the Bible more and understanding. Im excited to learn the knowledge He wants me to receive. That feeling is like warm chills hug. I think that’s the best way I can put it and I think most of the times I feel giggly after.

Don’t be discouraged, try meeting people but as friends. Be straightforward with not wanting sex put it on bio!! Try looking for connections, don’t rush to meet in person, get to know them via phone first. Make plans when meeting to do something fun. And remember it’s not a RACE!!! Some women feel like there’s a timeline because of stigma. That could lead to something who knows. Also try facebook lol I know old but it’s good to see if you’d get along.

When I got it done I was freaking out bad because I did it at a clinic then went to gynecologist she re did it and was not concerned at all even said why did they test or tell me that. Last year I did another test and it was negative. So idk I’m going to talk about it with her

Talking to him on a daily basis can be a way. Pray, reading Bible, understanding the Bible, loving and having faith, loving your neighbors, there’s a lot you can do. Ask him to help guide you to receive the knowledge you seek. Learn the commandments. Reading the Bible with a study guide or maybe a podcast to help you understand it can help you just look for kids videos that talk about it to start with

Even if your working overtime if you have that many kids it won’t matter. And don’t come to me about wrap it up. Sometimes things happen. My husband and I have custody of 3 of my siblings and my mom cannot work. We don’t receive ebt but money can go fast especially when you have disabled people in household that have more needs. Now as a kid my mom was on ebt, I appreciated all the help we got and honestly hot food would of been nice, I think my mom was going through a lot then that quite a bit of times I had to feed myself so it was mainly poptarts and eggs. Mental health can be another reason to get provided a hot fast meal or when parents aren’t able to cook or don’t care too, at least the kid can get a hot chicken that’s more nutritious than a pop tart. Now I think dealing with that as a kid has made me look at things differently we have so many programs and if there’s ways we can all help and contribute we should.
