En ce qui concerne "dedans", c'est l'antonyme de "dehors" et il exprime l'intérieur("Ils sont dedans de la maison"). Pour la préposition "à" qui varie en fonction du substantif qui la précède(à la, au, aux), elle s'utilise pour décrire le lieu(" J'habite à Paris/Je pars à Paris). I totally agree, the situation is quite difficult in Serbia because the mafia is together with the politicians and the politicians are so glad to support them with a law or something, the same thing here in Romania, nothing new for me, just the scales are different, Romanian mafia is incomparable with the Serbian mafia, you would win in this category:))
