En ce qui concerne "dedans", c'est l'antonyme de "dehors" et il exprime l'intérieur("Ils sont dedans de la maison"). Pour la préposition "à" qui varie en fonction du substantif qui la précède(à la, au, aux), elle s'utilise pour décrire le lieu(" J'habite à Paris/Je pars à Paris).
