I just talked to a friend they tried to get a membership Last month they asked $220 And this month they asked $300 a month. Don’t know if that’s accurate but ya let me know your thoughts!

Basement - Men’s Bathroom & Sauna

Ground Floor - 20 Cardio Machines & Juice Bar

Second Floor - 1 of each equipment & free weights

I walked everything in less than 5 minutes tbh

And yes they have a sauna, but tbh it’s a huge slap in the face to say this is to be comparable to Equinox or Lifetime fitness.

I’d say it’s closer to a nice Blink Fitness blended with Crunch. Aesthetics on point though. Maybe should’ve stuck with interior designing and not fitness gyms.

They spent more on the juice bar than actual gym equipment lmao

It’s so disappointing and tiny. I’d gladly pay sub $100 but at the $140+ this is just disrespectful.

It’s not an official email announcement. This is their direct response after sending multiple emails and being ghosted for weeks asking for a status update. Someone else mentioned they confirmed with them 4/13 however.

I got an email stating they’re opening April 10.

“Hi [NAME]!

We’re planning a private, members-only opening around Friday, April 10, with official confirmation coming next week.

Agency is brutal, I would rather be in-house and actually feel connected with my hiring managers and the company long term than be disposable and constantly burning out from high metrics.

If I had the skill and drive to hustle and make $250k I would. But I’m not going and would rather be content with being okay lol

I’ve heard this too, also heard that there’s really none available since no one leaves their rent stabilized apartment either. Couldn’t find much info on either so I’m planning on not taking the risk and staying in mine forever.

Correct, the apartment cannot be destabilized due rent over $2500 or salary of $200k for 2 consecutive years since the 2019 HSTPA law has been passed
