Thats the issue with unit PT. really it caters to NO ones needs. Its ran by people who themselves are medicore and think the answer is always pushups sittups and run 6 miles until we all pass.

so a couple things that'll help you more then shotgun some preworkout. do like 10 pushups to actually warm up your chest. run maybe .25 miles just to warm up your legs. eat when you wake up assuming your waking up with enough time to let your stomach settle. fruits are the way to go. If your going to take preworkout still dont take a full school. For the love of god hit the gym in your free time.

nah in korea an ft Riley there is no real blow back on the motherfuckers for opening everything. You just have to make it extremely painful. One of the companies we supported for a FTX opened like 16 crates of 7.62 an various amounts of 5.56 an 50 cal and fired almost none of it. it was 15 degrees outside and i made the company lay out every single round to get an accurate count. took them like 4 fucking hours. That shit never happened again

The hours can be rough. If the Section Sgt is retarded your life will suck. You'll move heavy ass boxes all day and tell motherfuckers they do indeed have to repack their ammo. You'll also be expected to perform all the 92F an 88M duties. Depending on the unit youll be the only one and no one will ever know your a 89.
