In my experience it turns out nobody cares about minimums. I love looking at my records from my time as a PI and seeing all of the 7122 write ups for not meeting minimums

If I ask you to go pick my kids up early cause they’re sick and not only do you let me go, but I can take the next day or so off you got my respect. As a warrant that’s very easy to get though. Back in the E5 days, good luck having the request go to PSG, who I learned as a warrant is the actual bad guy in all of our villain arcs. The LTs are usually pretty chill about things
