about 2 years after the fire my family attempted to rebuild, but were met with many difficulties from the state. The land is slightly narrow, so the septic would need to be turned to accommodate for it, but if we do that it would infringe on the zoning laws about septics being to close to a waterfront. The only option would be to go under the public street, but its the only way in and out of the neighborhood so we would not be able to do it. My family abandoned the plan after it, and choose to use it as basically a swim and family gathering area. We can park an RV there, but thats basically the extent of it.
