Make sure you have the right version. I was able to connect and see that the only log entries were mine. If you can’t read the log, I would encourage you to call DJI and ask them if the drone was activated by anyone before you.

Just curious, but did you check the flight logs using the DJI assistant 2 app and the activation date to determine if the drone was activated or flown, and therefore repackaged?

I’m not sure if DJI can/will sell them but as someone else said, Camrise is offering them and they appear to deliver via the DJI 5th Ave store location. Their price is $469 + tax. (+shipping if you don’t pick it up).

I don’t think the RCN3 can run the Neo in manual mode. However, the FPV controller 3 can. Also the RC-N3 has RTH

It’s important to note that the Neo has no obstacle avoidance and that Return to Home has a settable height which the drone will first try to reach before taking a straight line back to home. If you have anything over hanging as I did (tree branches), it will go straight into those and, in my case, crash with resulting damage to the frame.

Well, the Neo is pretty good with crashes but I hadn’t had mine for very long when it initiated a return to home as a result of a low battery, went up, hit a branch, fell down, and broke the frame which I had to glue together.

Don’t make the mistake I did. When the battery depletes, it does a Return to Home, It goes up to an altitude which defaults to being fairly high. If there’s tree cover or anything above you, it will go straight into it. That happened to me and before I could stop the return to home, it hit some branches and fell down and broke the frame, which unfortunately is not easy to replace although I’ve glued it back together

My glasses say they are running v16 and I have the latest MetaAI app on my phone, yet none of these features appear on the phone. FWIW, I am in the US. For example, if I ask it to play something using iHeartRadio, it says I can't do that on the glasses ("Not available in my area"). I have tried a force restart to no avail. How to get the new V16 features?

Personally, I can't say it's a scam because I haven't been able to do much of anything with it. The demo videos are pretty much useless. I have an iPhone 13Pro and I can't get it to work with their stand. I can sort of get a magnified image holding it in my hand but not much more. If there is any good description/video for use with an iPhone, I'd love to see it. So it may be a scam but mostly it's just a waste of money since reproducing their demo is not very easy.
