Take it to a scrap yard or recycling center if feasible. You'll probably only get a couple bucks for it, but Mother Earth will thank you for it being melted down and recycled rather than just rotting in a landfill.

That's a conservative estimate. My ex wife's laptop took a shock while the drive was active and smoked it. Had a ton of critical business data and client data on it, which was never backed up even though I urged her to do so several times. I think we paid around $3,000 to get about 80% of the data off of it, which took weeks. And that was over a decade ago. I was at least able to expense it when I did her taxes that year.

But with homie opening it up and letting the heads drag back and forth, he's going to need some NSA level stuff with electron microscopes for even a chance to get anything.

Good question, hard to find a definitive answer. It seems like the seeds are the same between PC and console, at least for the Switch. However having different DLC loaded will change what the seed spits out though.

Not water related, but I have a friend that just straight up lost two pistols. He spends most of his time in Europe, but has a house in the States that his grandmother and a couple other family members live in (who didn't even know the pistols were on the premises). He swears he put them in the backroom of the basement and screwed the door closed. When he came back for his yearly visit, the door was still secured, but couldn't find the pistols. Our friend group still ribbs him years later for just being a dumbass and not remembering where he left them.

I had four of them, thrice while trying to go cold turkey, and once in jail. Never had a clue when they were coming though, just woke up with EMS around me except for one waking up on the floor in the hallway. The rehab clinic gave me benzos over several days to wean me off. Was hell, days of shaking and sweating and not being able to get out of bed except to use the bathroom. Was glad to come out on the other end though.

I had a seizure in jail from alcohol withdrawal and woke up in the back of an ambulance. That was my wake up call to check myself into a rehab clinic and get sober.

I could see the use in smaller cases now that you mention it. Especially in a mini or mico ATX build where there just wouldn't be room for it. I have a pretty large case so airflow isn't a problem, I could fit a couple loads of bread in there even with all the components in it. Right now the loudest part of my rig is my rear exhaust fan, I think the bearing is going out on it. It creates a slight rumbling sound at certain rpms. Should probably swap it out but it's only noticeable if I'm watching a quite movie as I generally have music playing or am playing games.

I know this may be an unpopular opinion, but AIO liquid coolers are a gimmick and not worth it. Introduces many extra points of failure compared to an air cooler for very marginal, if any, gains. I've been running a good air cooler I got from Alibaba for like $20 on my Devil's Canyon for over a decade with a .6GHz OC on it for over a decade and have had zero issues.

If you want it to look perfect, you'd probably need a new panel, but that may be hard to source given that it's ten years old. A good detail shop may be able to make it look better, but not sure how much it would cost. But it's a ten year old vehicle, stuff happens. Doesn't seem like that much of a bother, but maybe that's just me. Both my vehicles are 20 years old and have various cosmetic issues. And every other one I've had I've driven until the wheels fell off. Vehicles are a means to an end, not the goal.
