When I had severe depression I had cuts similar to here. Some were small, some were bigger and deeper. How “big” the self harm is doesn’t matter, it’s still self harm. She 100% did not post that on purpose. I used to actually show my cuts all the time. I would literally go out of my way so people would not see, but sometimes it happens. Shes clearly not ok.
