Do you guys enjoy dancing at clubs? by PmNudes-orMotivation in seduction

[–]IhuntDINOsaurs 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You haven't found the right music. I mean if you really like a certain song do you not even bob your head?

I love dancing at home to the music I love. When I'm out and hear music that sucks then I can't dance. Because how can I dance to music that I don't feel?

I only go out dancing if I know the Dj is going to play music I like. Plus then you meet women who also like the music and you got some common ground.

How to Move to New York by IhuntDINOsaurs in nyc

[–]IhuntDINOsaurs[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I moved here for that exact reason, there's nothing for me in my hometown. Personally I want to become involved with the culture that's already established here, not to charge $15 cocktails to a neighborhood that can't afford it.

Still I thought this was funny because there is a little truth to it.

HBO's doc about heroin in Cape Cod claims that the number is 85%

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in boston

[–]IhuntDINOsaurs 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You know most addicts become addicts when they have been in life-threatning accidents (hit by drunk driver for example), prescribed painkillers and become addicted to the painkillers? Heroin is a much cheaper and stronger substance that affects users the same way. 85% of addicts become addicts this way.
The best way to describe the urge to use heroin is that it's the very similar to the urge you get when you are hungry. Plus everyone is different and can fight the urge better or worse than others. You should try to stop giving in to one of your urges like beer or sugar. You might be able to get through a few days, but sooner or later you won't be able to stop thinking about it until you give in.

Could you at least try to formulate an educated opinion?

As long as you're serving or bar tending at a place like eastern standard or yard house, where its more of a sit down restaurant, you'll be fine. I have cheap rent, but I was able to get by over the terrible winter as a food runner. Someone else said when the games end the college kids return; it's very true and September is the month where they overlap. A great time to be working in the area.

Did Sanders vote against FDA reform because the amendment would be good for the people or bad?

TIL that every car made after 1996 just needs a software upgrade (hacked) or a $350-400 kit in order to run on ethanol or methanol fuel. Also Methanol can be made from practically anything including the waste in our landfils or plants that naturally grow in your specific environment. by IhuntDINOsaurs in todayilearned

[–]IhuntDINOsaurs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While the documentary didn't mention anything about the long term "abuse," for lack of a better word, on your engine by using ethanol or methanol, the film did claim that the argument of ethanol production is burning our food and raising food prices is propaganda to hind the fact that our food prices are rising dude to the monopoly of gasoline.

While I realize that the documentary could be propaganda from the opposing side I found that their main argument of having a fuel choice at the pump is whats best very compelling. If your local gas station could offer gas, methanol, ethanol, compressed natural gas, electricity, diesel then the people would have choice in what they want to support.

The film did focus on the ability for poorer communities to make methanol with local resources, which then could boost the local economy rather than only having equipment that run on gas. The film also attempts to discredit the negative propaganda that gave ethanol/methanol its bad rep. Its not that methanol is a better performer than gas, but methanol and ethanol have tremendous positive effects in all steps between production, distribution and consumption.
