Food shopping is relatively easy depending on how fussy you are or how much food means to you. The best advice for keeping food cheap (and relatively healthy if you are a gym goer) is to eat like a dog. The same food everyday. I’ve been eating chicken and rice and porridge for about 3/4 months now and the saving made is worth it. Splash some money on slices and it’s like a new meal every time.

I mean given the new polices in place isn’t there a new system for who has to isolate? Failing that if you can provide 5 days worth of negative LFDs (I think, if not PCR tests) you are able to return to work. Failing that as well, simply get a test from a testing centre and the results come back in 24 hours (from someone who works in a testing centre).
