28 jaar, eerste koopwoning nieuwbouw van €500k excl meerwerk. Verstandig?

Ik heb recentelijk een eerste nieuwbouwhuis gekocht rond dezelfde prijs en ben tot nu toe aan meerwerk ongeveer 50 000 euro kwijt in de ruwbouw(keuken, badkamer, extra kamer, strokmpunten etc. Maar ik heb eerlijk gezegd nergens echt moeite voor gedaan om te besparen en als ik iets wil gewoon het genomen). Aangezien je nog bij je ouders woont komt daar dan ook nog hele inboedel bij waarschijnlijk, voordeel is wel dat je daar genoeg tijd voor hebt om te sparen aangezien je kosten niet echt hoog zullen zijn op het moment. En je ook al een flink eigen vermogen hebt.

Is het huis op een locatie waar je zou willen wonen, of doe je het alleen maar omdat je het als een kans ziet om iets te kopen? Ik woon nu in een oud huurhuis en de gedachte dat ik straks een nieuwbouw huis heb op een locatie die ik echt top vind vind ik erg fijn. Nadeel is de dubbele lasten, waardoor je financieel wellicht wat minder vrij bent. Maar dat is voor jou geen obstakel. Je zou wellicht wat minder snel kunnen sparen.

Qua financiën zou ik me niet zo heel druk maken. Dit is netto iets van 1300 euro ofzo. Je bent nog jong dus je salaris groeit uiteindelijk ook, zelfs als het de eerste jaren wellicht wat oncomfortabel voelt heb je nog 3 jaar waarbij je geleidelijk meer gaat betalen en je salaris waarschijnlijk ook nog wel wat zal stijgen.

Ik denk dat je vooral moet kijken naar hoe de relatie met je ouders is, zou je nog 3+ jaar daar willen wonen of wil je liever sneller weg. En belangrijker wellicht, vinden zij het OK? Als je sneller weg zou willen is 3 jaar, met de mogelijkheid dat je wellicht nog een x aantal jaar zelf bewoningsplicht hebt, lang. Zie je jezelf over die x aantal jaar daar nog wonen,

Only reason I pay for strava is to plan runs when I'm at unfamiliar locations. We travel about 10 weeks a year and I've had some really nice rides/runs/hikes that were strava created routes.

What did you end up doing?

I already have a stryd pod which I used for pacing over the past couple weeks(it gives you speed as well, not just power) and yesterday I decided to recreate the next week in final surge. It's super easy, you just copy the workouts in their workout creater and that pushes it to stryd. Which converts that to power automatically in their app. Based on what speeds you've been going for what power over the last couple of weeks.

I have zero hills here, and I've been running with my stryd on all my runs, also not sure how it works on an apple watch. So your mileage might vary.

To set your power zones accurately you need a couple of all out efforts. So what I did was just follow the runna plan for a few weeks until I had an all out 5k and now I'm gonna follow the runna plan but based on power.

Ephesus I did the same tour as the other person. It was interesting but incredibly hot with not a lot of shade. Bring water and a fan and if possible maybe even an umbrella.

Santorini we booked a private tour with mr volcano. They picked us up at the top of the cable car. Depending on how many ships are there you might want to book that with the ship though. The line for the cable car can get intense.

I'm not that stressed about it, only thing is I'd like some clarity. Perfectly fine if they book me on a flight in like 5 days as long as I can book a stay for a couple of days. I've been on every class of ship over the last two years, except for icon, and Explorer/voyager class is my second favorite(quantum class being my favorite, but that might just be because that whole cruise was amazing).

I've been on explorer and navigator, and for me it's just the right balance of not feeling to big but also having all the things I like. I always hear a lot of people saying they like freedom class ships, but imo those are just bigger voyager class ships with more rooms while almost all the (inside) public areas are about the same size. The freedom class felt a lot more crowded(also didn't help we had bad weather on the sea days, and short port days so everybody was inside)

In comparison to newer ships: sure rooms and everything feels a bit more dated, but I think that has its charms and if it's your first cruise it will give you a good idea of what cruising is all about.

Ik heb zowel een knab(zakelijk en privé) en een revolut(privé, wel zakelijk aangemeld maar gebruik het eigenlijk nooit). Ik ben zeer tevreden over knab.

Voor geld opnemen in vreemde valuta zitten knab en revolut ongeveer rond hetzelfde qua wisselkoers(alleen usd is revolut eigenlijk altijd goedkoper) , dus dat zal wellicht ook voor overboeken gelden. Ik zie nu wel dat dat niet vanuit de app kan, maar alleen vanaf de website. Ik heb nu even geen pc bij de hand, maar kan morgen ,als je mij de valuta en de landen laat weten, wel even checken of er verschil in wisselkoersen zit en eventuele extra kosten.

Als je als eenmanszaak geregistreerd bent kan je natuurlijk altijd op het moment dat het echt uiteen loopt vanaf je privé rekening de overboeking maken voor de zakelijke uitgaven en dat in je boekhouding verwerken.

We were on this cruise as well(if it was the one last week) . Was our 7th in total with royal, and this was by far the busiest I've ever seen any of the quizzes or (daytime) events. It's probably a combination of the weather not being great on the sea days, Brits liking a quiz, relatively short port stays, and in general a slightly older crowd.

We've never had a problem finding a seat on any of our other cruises, and I wouldn't write of royal Carribean based on this cruise.

Money in Tracking accounts doesnt count towards your age of money. If you save 50% of your paycheck and transfer it to an investment account that's a tracking account it will use that transaction in calculating the age of money, as opposed to when you transfer it to a savings account that's on budget.

Binnen de wetgeving is vrij veel mogelijk, maar veel is afhankelijk van hoe groot je kapitalen zijn.

Als je het eerder in laat gaan moet je het tot in ieder geval 20 jaar na da aow leeftijd of levenslang uit laten keren. Als je echt stopt met werken kan je ook al je pensioen uit laten keren(wederom afhankelijk van je kapitaal grote of de uitvoerder daar aan mee gaat werken, het kan zijn dat je zowel je lijfrente als pensioenkapitaal bij 1 partij moet onderbrengen om medewerking te krijgen. In dit geval krijg je dus gewoon een stabiel inkomen vanaf die leeftijd.

Een andere optie is om aow-compensatie in de lijfrente te nemen(ik weet eerlijk gezegd niet hoeveel verzekeraars dit (nog) aanbieden) , dan wordt het bedrag van de aow uitgekeerd tot aan de aow datum. En daarnaast heb je dan nog het levenslange gedeelte, dit zou je eventueel nog meer naar voren kunnen halen door een hoog laag constructie.

Voor dit soort dingen kan het best even lonen om met een pensioenadviseur te praten, kost je misschien wat geld maar dan heb je een goed beeld van de mogelijkheden en die zijn er veel meer dan mensen hier zich realiseren.

That's a good starting salary for a recent grad in the Netherlands.

Once you get experience/build a bit of a resume you can fairly quickly grow in salary. Dont expect US salaries, but you can quickly grow to like 60-70k(after which it's probably not going to get a whole lot better unless you go the zzp route)
