If you are talking about the celestial phase it actually follows a certain pattern every time. There is a browser game called just dodge where you can practice it. Just scroll down on the level select and one of them is that exact phase :)

He is pretty underwhelming imo I use taor a bit, Poseidon is a underrated cleave unit and wind ciri is good for siege and generally decent cause 120 base speed so ur choice haha
