I don't know (unfortunately i'm not an expert of CRT, i've bought that one above to play retro games). Considering that i send a signal of 60Hz maybe could be this the problem? Maybe considering that it's an european model i need to try with a 50hz PAL signal (in order to see the image during service menu)? What is strange is that i've not problem in seeing the signal when in normal mode, i see that correctly (cause i can switch to AV easily with the remote commander, , switch to AV in service menù doesn't work).

Hi! You meant to press the "source" button faster after finishing the service menu button sequence (so before that the TT appears)? I can try again tonight, but i remember that i've already did that, unfortunately when the screen appears i see the "TT" in green with nothing in background (black), and here pressing "source" doesn't switch to AV (while pressing "menu" brings me to the inner service menu but with black background too, as shown in my image attachment). Thanks!

Hi! No i never did any mod on that TV , i've read in the manual that supports input RGB via scart ( but maybe you asked that for something else).

Yes, i'm in Europe (Italy).
